Bahrain: BHD 1.3 for 1kg + BHD 0.3 for per kg over 1 kg

GCC countries : BHD 6 for 0.5 kg + BHD 2 per 0.5 kg over 0.5 kg

Egypt, Jordan& Lebanon : BHD 7 for 0.5 kg + BHD 2.5 per 0.5 kg over 0.5 kg

Germany, France& Italy : BHD 9 for 0.5 kg + BHD 3 per 0.5 kg over 0.5 kg

Please note that many of our pieces are made-to-order.

  • In stock items will ship within 4 business days of the order date.
  • Made-to-order items will take from 3 to 6 weeks + delivery time, Please contact us at [email protected] if you need a made-to-order item by a particular date and we will do our best to accommodate it.
  • All shipments are made with Aramex, you will receive a tracking number once the item is dispatched and charged according to shipping destination and weight.  Lelas shall not be responsible if the customer fails to receive his/her order from Aramex or a wrong address or contact details have been provided.  Additional shipping fees may apply in the event of re-sending the item.
  • We offer worldwide delivery but with some exclusions.



  • In the event of being unsatisfied with the Product upon delivery, a written email or call should be made to Lelas Customer Care within 14 days of receipt.  The returned item must be delivered in a saleable condition and meet the following conditions:
  • The item(s) must be in perfect condition with no visible signs of usage or scent
  • the swing tag must be present and visible
  • Sale/discount items are non-exchangeable.
  • No returns or refunds on Made-to-Measure/Custom Products
  • The return of an item is at the customer’s own cost and further postage costs will be incurred.  Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Lelas. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore are applicable for duty and tax again.


  • In order to exchange ready- products and not custom made ones, the product requested for the exchange must be of the same value or higher. We will not exchange products for lower value than the original item purchased
  • Please email Lelas Customer Care, who will issue you with a RAN (Return Authorisation Number).  In doing so, please specify the product information you require and we will process this for you. You will receive confirmation of your exchange within 48 hours.
  • No exchanges on Made-to-Measure / Custom made items.
